Student Life

We’re committed to providing an environment that sets our students up for a lifetime of success and well-being. Our priority is to invest our resources in the facilities and programs that foster health, positive welfare and preparation for career success and fulfillment. When you give to UB student life, you support:

  • Career readinessWe’re turning campus jobs into career launch pads, modernizing our Career Center with inspiring technology and adding staff and career services to navigate career planning with more confidence.

  • Student emergency needs. Unanticipated circumstances can prevent students from continuing their education and achieving academic success. That's why we offer emergency funds to help offset short-term financial need.

  • Enhancing the student experience. Through student centered initiatives like the Blue Table food pantry program and Gowns for Grads, we place emphasis on enhancing the student experience beyond the classroom.

As a great university, UB has the duty and the privilege to prepare students to engage with the world. To do that best, we must provide a supportive and healthful environment—one that sustains and nurtures both mind and body. We invite you to make this bold dream a reality.
