UB Giving Day 2020

This new fund helps members of our community, including faculty and alumni, working on the front line of the COVID-19 crisis in Western New York. Your contribution sustains the critical efforts already underway, and provides flexible funding that quickly addresses the evolving needs in our community, such as:  

• Conducting translational research for anti-viral drugs to combat COVID-19 

• Producing 3D printed masks to protect medical workers 

• Creating COVID-19 testing kits and analyzing test results 

• Providing emergency dental care in our Squire Hall clinics 

• Funding behavioral and mental health services for underserved communities 

• Supporting tele-health and virtual appointment technologies
