University Libraries

Students studying in Abbott Library.

UB Libraries play an integral role in the University at Buffalo’s ambitious goal to become one of the nation’s top-25 research institutions. As a dynamic incubator of learning and research, we focus on making knowledge more accessible to our students, Buffalo, and the world.

With three campuses, six libraries, and a robust off-campus repository, UB Libraries are the center of our university community, providing an exceptional array of information resources, technologies, and services. UB students and faculty rely on the expertise of our librarians and staff to navigate today’s overwhelming information landscape and discover effective new tools that can be used to solve society’s complex challenges. UB Libraries infuse the academic enterprise of the University at Buffalo with a critical source of knowledge, engagement, and energy.

Your support helps UB Libraries – as the heart of the campus – beat even stronger. Please consider supporting the other many important areas of UB Libraries. Gifts made to the UB Libraries have a significant impact on the innovative services the Libraries offer and help to ensure that their critical needs are addressed. Donations help the library acquire new resources, preserve existing materials, and provide cutting-edge technologies that offer multiple formats and improved access to information.

Thank you for showing your love for UB Libraries on Giving Day!
